These terms govern your use of MenuCraft, provided by MenuCraft. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the restaurant you represent.
1. The service
MenuCraft lets restaurants create and publish a digital menu that guests open by scanning a QR code or visiting a link. The menu is for display only: guests cannot order or pay through it, and all orders, prices charged and service remain between the restaurant and its guests.
2. Your account
You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by team members you invite. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of your menu, photos, logo and other content. You give us permission to host, display and adapt it (for example resizing photos) only to provide the service. You confirm you have the rights to the content you upload and that prices, descriptions, dietary marks and allergen information are accurate and comply with applicable law, including FSSAI labelling rules. We are not responsible for errors in menu information supplied by restaurants.
4. Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful, misleading or infringing material, attempt to break or overload the platform, access other restaurants’ data, or use the service to collect guests’ personal data without consent. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Plans, trial and payment
New accounts may start with a free trial. Paid plans are billed in Indian rupees for a monthly or yearly period, plus applicable GST, and are paid in advance through Razorpay. Plans do not renew automatically. Plan limits (such as number of dishes or QR codes) are shown on the pricing page and may change for future periods with notice. Refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Ending a plan
If a plan is not renewed, the menu stays online for a short grace period and then shows an “unavailable” page to guests. Your content is kept so you can renew later. You can ask us to close your account at any time.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service available at all times but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may carry out maintenance and improve features from time to time.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at our registered office’s location have jurisdiction over disputes.
